Cisco Attendant console retrieve call issue

cisco attendant console 11 issue

Hi

i had cisco attendant console advanced 10.5 (with demo license) integrated with CUCM 10.5 

i get license from cisco but for version 11 so i upgraded CUACAC with conserving  database configuration

the problem is when operator transfer a call to an extension number and it  then comes back to console placed  on hold calls (because the call is not answered ) the operator can't retrieve the calls it get as message :

unable to retrieve call the following error was return: this is an invalid destination 

all cti port are registered on cucm

I recommend pulling call manager traces so that the call can be analyzed using translator X. You may find the issue is that the call is not being placed as expected, for example. CDR logs may also help see this.
