Failure to receive or call out (Critical)

I am getting the following error, periodically in my CME deployment: %SIP-3-MEMCAC: call rejected due to CAC based Memory usage, sent response 503

This results in a total failure to make or receive any calls!

Kindly see attached memory commands and advise.

Refer to attached file for output of similar commands during the error period.

If you have something like this configured:

call threshold global total-calls low 20 high 40

BTW, if this is really critical and urgent, you should be calling TAC, or you support team.

So after 7 hours with Cisco TAC we ended up fixing the failed calls due to memory threshold exceeded issue by removing any call threshold commands on the CUBE.
