Hi everyone,
I Have a customer that has two attendant console standard version 11 installed in your environment, it's working fine, but they want to use the USB Headset connected on PC to answer the calls, is it possible?

AC is not a soft phone it's a client only that control a phone. If you want to use AC with soft phone then they will either need to log onto IP Communicator or Jabber client with the AC instead of physical phone.

Ok, So, I'll install the jabber to permit that they use the headset on their PC and will stay all ok.
