Cisco BACD on CME (transfer call to hunt-group) if you do not chose in the voice menu

Hi all.

Could ypu please help me with configuration BACD.

I have voice menu with 2 parametrs/

1) Dial by extension

2) Transfer to other number (Fax)

3)Transfer to hunt-group

Bellow my example

And I have a question

Which parametr should i added to enable automatic call forwarding to a hunt group if the caller did not make a choice in the voice menu?

You can point the voicemail to hunt-pilot. If no one select any option it goes to hunt-pilot then.

You can send the call to an operator or to an extension you want by using menu-timeout option which specifies the number of times that the main menu loops before sending the call to an operator.

To define the "operator" number, you need to configure an aa-hunt X  in your aa-hunt list where X should be the higher number in the list.

This because the BACD assumes the highest aa-hunt the destination where to send a call when uses choose 0 option.
