Plain Mobility & DX80

Hey all, I am trying to get plain Mobility working on DX80s and I cannot figure it out.

Here are my details:
- CUCM is v10.5
- DX80s are 10.2.5.207
- Every end user has mobility enabled
- Every end user has a remote destination profile
- Every remote destination profile is associated with their DN
- Every end user has a remote destination of their cell phone
- Every remote destination has move to mobile enabled
- Every remote destination is associated to their DN
- Every DX80 has a mobility user assigned to it
- Every DX80 has a phone button template that has a mobility key on it
- Every DX80 has a sofkey template with mobility on it

We have 1 known DX80 that the Mobility icon appears on, but when we compare this DX80/end user with everyone else we find nothing different :(

Please help!!

Thanks,
Justin

Here is the config guide for Cisco Mobility:

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/admin/10_0_1/ccmfeat/CUCM_BK_F3AC1C0F_00_cucm-features-services-guide-100/CUCM_BK_F3AC1C0F_00_cucm-features-services-guide-100_chapter_0110111.html#CUCM_TP_I193BE2E_00

If you already did this configuration please follow next steps in the DX in order to enable "To Mobile" feature.

Create a Remote Destination (Device > Device Settings > Remote Destination Profile)
Specify DN
Specify User ID that is tied to DX80.
Select Remote Destination
Add the Line associated to DX80

Create a Feature Control Policy (Device > Device Settings > Feature Control Policy)

Click Override Default Value for the Mobility, then click Enable Setting.

DX80 Device Profile Modifications (Device > Phone):

Assign UserID to the Owner User ID field
Assign UserID to the Mobility User ID field
Apply Feature Control Policy
Modify Buttons Items > Assign #3 the Mobility function

End User Modifications : (User Management > End User)
Associated DX80 as a Controlled Device
Under Mobility select "Enable Mobility" check mark.
Create a Remote Destination (Device > Remote Destination)
Associated the Line
Configure Mobile Number

Manish,

I have done everything on that list to the T, still does not work on anyone but one employee and for the life of me cannot figure out why.
