Cisco Business Edition 6000 H/M (BE6K) hard disk replacement

Are the hard disks in my Cisco Business Edition 6000 hot swappable?  I have a drive failing and need to swap it out.  Do I have shut down my BE6K to install the new drive.  This is not the primary disk, it is 4 of 4. Thank you for any assistance.
