Cisco call handler

I have configured a system call handler were able to upload greetings. What I am trying to achieve is to transfer a call to an external number once a greeting is played where no caller input is required for this transfer. The caller does not have to press any button for this transfer to happen. A quick response will be greatly appreciated.

Nithin, In my case I do not have a mailbox. I want to it transfer to an external number and I do not know where to input this 800 number. Under the drop-down menu, it only existing numbers which are programmed in cucm.

Create another call handler, On the main call handler after greeting select the second call handler. (For shared example i use operator call handler to transfer call to extensions)

 

On operator call handler transfer rules i change Transfer Calls To: "Extension or URI where i provide the extension number.

Note:- Transferring calls to CUCM may fail due to unity restriction table. you may  need to modify the restriction tables.
