after restart the publisher all services are down.
admin:show version active

Most likely the file system is corrupted, you can download the recovery iso from cisco.com for version 8.6.2 and correct the file system errors using the same.

The process remains same for MCS servers, you just need to download the recovery iso, burn it on a dvd and boot the server using that dvd and follow instructions as per above doc.

Hi Manish,
i apologize for the delay.
After opening a TAC to cisco a problem was located in slot of the server where it was connected one of the memory modules.
After changing the server card problem was solved.
