Hi
I had changed the IP address of Cisco Call Manager recently and then I shut it down. When I powered it on again I confronted with a strange problem that no IP address was set for it and it was set to blank. Other VM configuration was ok like DNS server, domain and ... what is the root cause of the problem?
Thank You

Have you followed the proper procedure for changing the IP ?
Also let us know the following:
which server you changed the IP for .. is it publisher or subscriber and the exact procedure you have followed.
Thanks,
Rajan

Yes, I changed the IP address according to this link and it worked correctly:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/install/10_0_1/ipchange/CUCM_BK_C3782AAB_00_change-ipaddress-hostname-100/CUCM_BK_C3782AAB_00_change-ipaddress-hostname-100_chapter_011.html
We have just one server (no cluster). Actually we wanted to install CUCM with the IP address that it was assigned to another server. we powered off the server and powered on CUCM (in order not to have IP conflict in our network). but this time when we turned on the server no IP address was assigned to it and it was blank.
I attached the network status to you for more information.
Thank You

This person faced similar issue because of duplicate IP address.

Check whether the A Cisco DB service is up or not. Set the required IP (not a duplicate one) in CUCM and reboot it.
