Cisco Call Manager Passwords

Hello,

I have been trying to synchronize to Cisco CM servers and when the vital CM services try to start, they report a Logon Failure. I have tried the adminutility to reset all of the passwords, and it resets them all but, when I try to restart the compouter or start the services it still reports a logon failure. If anyone has a suggestion on what may be happening please let me know.

Dear Shane,

I have looked at that document and used the adminutility as well as the CCMPWD changer and the services will start, until you restart the computer. I have looked and the problem I have found is that cisco does indeed grant the CCMServiceRW and the CCMService as well as may other users the logon as service right, but when I restart the server it doest not apply them to the policy. I have called microsoft and they just suggest that I restore the server, which is very time consuming. Please let me know if you have a solution.
