Cisco Callmanager 6.1 Issue

hello

I have CCM 6.1, I'm trying to change the configuration of the route patterns, but when I made the changes, and go back to the list, the server is not saving the changes. Any help please

What are you trying to change in the route pattern.

I can change the getway on the route patterns

I can also add new patterns.

Could this be the account you are using.

I am a full CUCM Admin user.

Perhaps you need a TAC case.

Just to add a note to the good tips from Alex and Joe (+5 each )

I would open a TAC case here as I see a number of related bugs on

CUCM 6.1(3) but fixed in 6.1(4). here is one example, it's not exact

but i think we may see a pattern here.

Changes in RL not taking effect.
Symptom:

Whenever you remove and add back in a RG, after that change its priority in the list the replication specifically for the RL table breaks, and NOT the whole DB Replication.

Conditions:

Replication for specific table is seen to be corrupted.

Workaround:

Following steps can be done to workaround the problem;
- Do a 'utils dbreplication repair' from the publisher.
- Reset the RouteList.

Your issue will be fixed after that unless until you decide to make changes in the RL again.

Also this issue might not be limited to routelist table alone, Issuing utils dbreplication reset all will ensure that any other tables which have a problem with the indexes on the subscriber are also recreated.
