Hello..... I have Cisco CallManager 7.1.5.33900-10 and server IBM HW Platform : 7825I4.
Every time we restart the server, this shows the error: Ata4: port is slow to respond, please be patient (Status 0x80) while the system is in Bios.
ata4 is the CD-ROM unit.
CD ROM unit is working good when i boot from CD or when system is completely up, because i can install software upgrades, locale upgrades etc.
Can anyone help me on this or point me in the correct direction. I think that this is a Bug or something like that.

You can run the IBM DSA diags or try to apply the latest firmware as described in the following link

Hello Manish,
Thanks for your time and response about this. However i see that your link is about Hard Drive related issues with firmware lower than 3B06. And our system has firmware 3B07.
I see this error is more related to CD ROM device but i don´t find post or information related to this exact error message.
If someone has experienced this same issue (same error message) please let me know what steps can i follow to solve it.
