Hi
We are runnning Cisco CallManager 8 and use SIP for our calls.
All works well except when our once a week fire alarm test goes off.
When the alarm reaches a certain level all current calls on the phone get cut off and calls can be made or received.
Anyone any ideas what could be the cuase of this?
The Alarm system is in no way attached to the phone system
Thanks

Is the alarm service cutting off your WAN connection or something?

No we also don't understand the relationship between the alarm and the phone system. They are not connected in anyway physicall or software wise.
and No the WAN also doesn't get cut off
It is as if when the phone is picking up the tone of the alarm and for some reason cutting off the phone call.
Does anyone know if that may be possible?
Thanks
