While you can verify the shared line config as per the CME admin guide, you can check the following link to ensure that you are running the minimum recommended or higher versions of router IOS and phone firmware on CME 9.1

Hello Manish Tankyou for info.
Is Shared Line (SIP) on CME and phone SIP Cisco Exclusive protocol?
Can other SIP devise or iphone Client Support it?

You can register a third party SIP device to CME but whether it will support shared line or not is something that you need to test yourself. As far as your query about 'iPhone' is concerned i am assuming you are referring to Jabber for iPhone, well jabber for iPhone it is not supported on CME 9.1, you need to upgrade to one of the latest 11.x versions.

Can Jabber for Iphone work with CME 11.x (in phone mode)?
I cannot see any info in CME 11.x firmware matrix, and in Apple store (early I think only CM support), and I not try upgrade CME and connect it.
I try use more 10 client for Iphone (bria, briax, castel, linphone, zoiper, Mitra, Media5, ... ) but it not do subscription to shared-line on CME. I afraid this is special protocol.

Unfortunately, its support has been discontinued.
The following Cisco Jabber CSF type of devices are not supported:
Cisco Jabber for MAC (phone-only mode)
Cisco Jabber for iPhone (both full UC mode and phone-only mode)
Cisco Jabber for Android (both full UC mode and phone-only mode)
Cisco Jabber for iPad (both full UC mode and phone-only mode)

Manish! Is SIP shared-line speciale Cisco protocol or it have RCF for SIP?

All i would say to close this is that SIP is not Cisco proprietary and we need to follow the CME admin guide to see what is supported.
