Hi,
We are want to deploy a CME and we want to have an automatic response with options when someone call to our central. For example when someone call a automatic voice response tell the options: "Press 1 for.... Press 2 for...." I want to know how to achieve this ? With IVR ports? Voicemail Sessions? Or does the CME includes this feature.
Thanks,
Ivan

Hi Ivan,
CME includes B-ACD and AA features. You can get TAC support to configure this, but if you need custom TCL scripts that will be outside of the scope of support. Please refer to the document below for more information:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/bacd/configuration/guide/cme40tcl/40bacd.html
Hope this helps!
