Hello friends,
I have Cisco CME router model 3945 and customer given me the E1 isdn pri link from Nortel MSP 7480,
My link , isdn status shows "State = MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED"
Now I want to make a call from my Cisco IP phone extension number is 2001, but call is not connected, showing msg "Unknown number"
But from nortel network calling is happening , means they are able to make a call on my Cisco ip phone "2001"

Note : "4" is the number to reach MSP, "10001" is NTT number & "...." is for internal 4 digit number
Kindly help in this.
