Cisco Conference 8831 is having difficultly connecting to asterisk without CCUM

I need help getting Cisco Unifed Communications Manager. I had called cisco and they had said to call resellers for a copy of PLM i have given the GoAhead for the License for CUCM. i just need help getting PLM.

For PLM , you need to get the PLM Bootable ISO disc. If you have a valid contract with cisco, you can download from PUT
