Cisco CTI Service won't start after Windows 10 update

Cisco CUCM 12.5 - UCCX 12.5 - Windows 10.

 

We are using Spok Medicall in our call center. The agents use a modified version of CAD or Finesse to control the phones. After a Windows update we noticed that the CTI service will not start. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the TAPI and CTI software but still no luck.

 

Anyone else have a similar problem and a solution?

Are you able to  start or stops other services from your machine ? If yes then raise a case on Microsoft support forum.

 
If no then it seems like access issue, check your privileges may be you need to login as a admin on machine to start or stops services.
