Hi,
We have about around 15 phones that we cannot logon to through Cisco CTIOS. We are getting a timeout error. I am also seeing errors in the log that says "ERROR - No AgentInstrument provided in SYS_INSTRUMENT_OUT_OF/BACK
_IN_SERVICE and a connection reset by peer error. Can anyone help me?

The issue got resolved after restarting the call manager services as well as all the ICM services.
Hope it might help somebody in the future...

Also you can remove them and add them again to the Jtapi user ...
