I have 7965 & 6941 phones that are on a CUCM Express V9.0 system, they are SCCP phones attached to FXO ports. The voicemail is Cisco Unity Express V8.6.1. The Message waiting lamps on the phones will not light up. I have set the MWI indicators in the UCM for the extensions. I have checked the CUCM but it does not have the MWI ON OFF numbers listed for Outucall. Would I be able to configure the On OFF pilot numbers in Command line for the CUCM switch itself? I do not have access to the Cisco call manager Gui, I am only able to get into Cisco Configuration Professional.
