I have been asked to create a small web page that simply displays some call statistic with regards the telephones system. The information that I need to display is pretty simple, but can not find the relevant information in the database. The page needs to show real time information as it will be displayed on large screens in the office.
The information to be displayed is:
The Number of Calls in a queue
The number of calls answered within 20 seconds over the last 30 minutes
Avg Handle Time for each call
Avg Wait Time for each call
Any assistance as to what table and columns I need to get this information from.
