Anyways, a few things listed in the post that u can check / try
Finesse supports alphanumeric IDs and the special characters: hyphen (-), period (.), and underscore (_) in the user ID. No other special characters are supported. These characters should not be present at the beginning
or end of a ID.
Login to cisco Desktop Administrator page > service configuration > synchronize directory service click synchronize if it is successful, try to login with the agent again.
Re-sync of CM Telephony User(s) (Subsystems/Cisco Unified CM Telephony/Data Synchronization)

In addition the login is case sensitive, so if your username defined in AD has uppercase/lowercase combination, make sure you enter it that way.
