Hi Cisco techs again,
Just a quick question
When creating a dial plan for either a small business or residential.
Do you need to add the , (comma) in order to get outside line ie 9,02xxxxxxxx
And with calling mobile phones internationally. You would have to include the international dialling code plus xxx representing country code.
And same for calling PSTN internationally too I suppose
Thanks again in advance :) :)

Start by mentioning what call control you use and version, and not just what you want to achieve.
