Cisco DX650 Call DROP

Dear Community,

 

 

I'd like to share with you my problem  with  Cisco DX650  during the  Secure call.

 

My CUCM  v. 10.5.2  and I'm succefully implemented the  secure certification on all phones with secury profile for each model .

 

at the moment  I did the same for the model DX650   and trying to reach  a call from  cisco 7975  but no success.

 

I'm receiving the call and when I push ANSWER the phone going to reboot and when I'm trying to call from DX650 to Cisco 7975 it drops immediately and reboot.

 

I tested the encrypted call between other phones,  Cisco 7975 to Cisco 9971 , Cisco 9971 to Cisco 7821, Cisco 9971 to Cisco 7975,  everything is OK,  I'm getting the LOCK  icon  during the call , both side  can hear each other.

Would like to mention that on Cisco DX650 - Settings/ Security/ Enterprise Security Settings   -  LSC and  TRUST LIST _ CTL AND ITL File are installed /

 

 

Where do I need to look at to fix this problem ?
