Cisco E20 video ip phone,status:rejected

Hi

I am trying to register e20(vTE4.1.1.273710) to CUCM(8.6.1)

Is auto-reg works correct with E20? Because i couldnt do.

And When i try to register with manuel-reg option, depent on this steps https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3299316#3299316 ,

Device Information page looks like this

Registration	Rejected
IP Address	10.200.80.133
Active Load ID	Unknown

How can i register my e20 to Cucm?what is the reason of status and SIP id issues.

I solved.The problem is the Dns fault. Registering rejected because of Cucm's host name didnt identified at DNS so E20 cant reach DNS correctly

I changed cucm's host name as Ip_adress of CCUM than tried to connect with Auto-register option Than everthing come back Green .)

So I can say for solution of rejected issue , Be sure proxy adress of E20 is configured correctly!!
