Cisco Emergency Responder 8.0: Change ALI to Canadian Format

Hey everyone,

We are deploying two Cisco Emergency Responder servers and we're trying to update the ALI info, but it is geared toward US addresses (zip codes etc.). We are from Canada and want to change the ALI info to reflect Canadian address info and standards. I know I can change it in the CSV after I export the ERL info, but is there a way to change it so that you don't have to do this?

There's no way in CER I know of to change the ALI formatting.  As you're aware you can change it after it's created by CER manually or using the formatting tool: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/respond/ali_1_1/user_can/aftintro.htm.
