I have CER email notification working but wanted to know if anyone know if that email body that is sent to the email recipients when 911 is dialed can be customized. I want to remove the "For detailed call information please refer to -- URL of our CER server / ceruser. These notifications go to the respective schools front office staff and they do not need to see that URL information. Just looking to eliminate confusion. I have a TAC case opened but no response on this yet.
