I am facing a problem in my environment . A range of numbers is not recieving the calls from outside the cluster, i.e. PSTN.
I have a range lets say 21232xxx and 21232yyy. I am facing issue with 21232xxx but not with 21232yyy. when I turned on the q931 debug, i revieved an error RESOURCE UNAVAILABLE UNSPECIFIED.
Could anyone please help me out on this ?

Hi Rohit,
Check for any unassigned DN's using Call Routing > Route Plan report for the DN range in question.
Are these calls for xxx and yyy extensions coming in through same Translation pattern or gateway? If yes then please provide a debug for a good and bad call , else check the CSS, partition and any called party transformation mask settings on cucm for inbound call to yyy.

yes, xxx and yyy extensions are using the same translation pattern and gateway. Apart from that also CSS and Partitions configured are same .
