Cisco ESW 540 8-Port POE switch with CUCM 6.1.4 Remote Site

Hi,

I did a remote site implementation a few months ago. My superior had purchased a Cisco ESW 540 8-Port POE switch to use with the 2811 router there. The 2811 is setup as an H.323 gw.  I did not have time to figure out how to configure the switch, and after an hour or two tinkering around with it, I gave up and pulled a 3750 off the shelf and did the install. I told my superior I would attempt to replace it.

My question is, can I configure this little switch to run my phones and computers in this remote office that only has 2 users at this time?

If so, how. This switch does not appear to have IOS, but instead a weird HTTP site to configure.
