Cisco Finesse VPN issue

Hi All,

 

One of the VPN user facing the issue of access Cisco Finesse. He is using CIPC connecting through VPN. He can able to access the Cisco Finesse login page and give the required information like username, password, and IPCC extension. Once he tried to log in it is taking too much of time to reach the UCCX and getting the error as

“Lost connection to <FQDN_Of_UCCX>. Please wait for a reachable Finesse Server to be found….”

 

Please help me to fix this. This is only for one user only rest all working fine without any issue.

I assume that Finesse is working correctly on-prem?

Sounds to me like not all proper ports are opened across the VPN firewall, review required ports needed to be allowed as documented in CCX guides to ensure nothing was missed.
