Cisco GW VG320 " Receive power alarm on voice port 0/0/16, OFF"

Hello,

i have doing a fresh installation of gateways VG320. One of them ramdomly put in "shutdown" some fxs ports. In log i can see the eror below

Anyone with the same issue?

seems to be hardware issue. [  port  unusable]

[ delete settings on port with error ]

please check the same settings on different port with same analog handset

i see the error in many ports and if i enable with "no shut" work for a time or days.

I had this issue with a NIM-4FXSP card.  I was also getting a thermal error alarm, and the router would shutdown the FXS port.  This was a telephone wiring issue.  Dial tone was coming from another source and the FXS card did not like it.  Once the wiring issue was resolved, the error went away.
