When I receive a call from via the Cisco IP Communicator it only rings through my headset. I would like the incoming call to ring through the speakers on my laptop. I've looked through the FAQs and I attempted to a change the settings within the Audio Tuning Wizard. The FAQs state that for a USB headset choose the device as within the "headset" dropdown within the Select Audio Devices.
Unfortunately, the device doesn't appear as a selection. Any assistance is much appreciated.
Thanks.

So, which sound device is selected? Can you share a screenshot of your audio settings on IPC?

I believe that the sound device that is selected is Plantronics Savi 7 headset.
I can hear incoming calls fine. I can also hear audio if I am watching a video through the headset. I'd like to hear the audio from videos through my speakers.
Thanks for your assistance.

Hi erik.c.hasal1,
if you have a 'USB Headset' then you are able to select your 'Speaker' as the 'Default Windows Audio Device'.
In other words, double check if your 'Default Windows Audio Device' is the 'Speaker'.
Hope this helps.
