Cisco IP Communicator - Randomly lose all buttons

I fire up IP Communicator and I will have buttons and text next to my lines, and then it all dissapears after a few minutes. My phone number is still visible, but everything else below the black bar at the top dissappears.

Any idea why lines and buttons are randomly disappearing?

Okay....this is weird. But I solved the problem.

It stopped hiding everything in IP Communicator when I set the tray icon to "Show Icon and Notifications" in the taskbar properties. The default is "only show notifications".

When I would launch the program, it would hide the notification icon after a few minutes. As soon as the icon hides itself, the IPC screen goes blank.

I'd mark that as a bug for W7x64 probably.
