i am facing a problem with the cisco ip communicator.
The users connect through the vpn and connecting to the callmanager version 4.1.3 the ip communicator version 2.0.1.1is registering and getting the extension number .
the problem i am facing is when i dial any number the calls are connecting but it rings only onces and gets disconnected kindly provide your valuable suggestions .

Check and make sure RTP it use VPN Ip address. if you open your IP Communicator and go to Preference, you will see some button call advance.
The reason why your call is getting disconnected because IP communicator is trying to use its physical address to establish an VPN which Corp network may not have a routing. To ensure that VPN client use the mac address of the tunnel instead of physical address then it should work fine.
