Cisco IP Phone 3905 image downloading failure

I am using ISR4300 series router for CME.

3905 some phones showing image downloading....

Some phone image download failure

Pls help me with suggestions

How many phones are affected ? Do you see a 192.168.1.100 IP address in the error ? Is your phone getting an IP address from DHCP ?

Tota we have 53 3905 model phone in our network. From 3 phones we are facing this issue.

Debug the TFTP to see if they're getting the right image and if it's being transferred or not

Yeh its getting ip from dhcp

This solution doesn't really help the rest of us with this same problem.  What was done to fix the problem?
