Cisco ip phone 7906 does not boot at all .

Dear Experts,

With all respect, I have tried many times to reset and done the fatory defult to my phone and it's doesn't boot at all.Only I can see the the red light flashing .

Please advice !!!!!

Hi

Do you see anything on the screen of the phone?

Is it brand new phone?

Did you try plugging this phone on a switchport where there's a working phone plugged in?

This might be the case where the phone is not getting the enough power to boot. Try Power Brick or check if you have enough watt on the Switch if its a PoE Switch.

Otherwise get it RMA'ed.

It was working before and I have tried all troubleshoots.The screen doesn't show anything.

Hi Sony,

Will all due respect for the other people who have replied, i have always failed to give up on my phone till they work. if there are red lights flashing on your phone, i believe that it is alive. besides I am not good with CUCM but after some serious troubleshooting for years with CUCME and debuging, we could try to revive your phone. Please do let me know if you could make a go for it.
