Cisco IP phone 7911 config

Hello,

I'm trying to configure my Cisco IP phone 7911 on the Cisco router (CME) 3.5.3 CISCO 2911/K9

but stuck in the upgrading page as attached photo and that's it.

I did all the configuration but still the same and the phone doesn't retrieve the data from the router

Any advice please?

# debug tftp events
