Cisco IP Phone 7940 Series

Phones in my office automatically disconnect 10 minutes into a phone call, even when there is only a single call and no other internet activity.  We use an ATT DSL model (384K up, 1.5Mb down) that is operating near full capacity. 

What is the min. bandwidth required for this phone system?

You need to mention what call control you use (CUCM/CME)

How much BW will depend on what codec it was configured to use, the SRND has a lot of info on the topic, as well as BW for registration.

You'd need to get traces/debugs to try to find out why that is.
