Hi all
I have a problem with my upgrade process from 9.1 to 11.5, this is my procedure:
1) First stop services, tftp on cucm, sync agent on cup and disable HA.
2) Uprade cucm publisher no switch version OK
3) Uprade cucm suscriber no switch version OK
4) Uprade cup publisher no switch version
5) Uprade cup suscriber no switch version OK
6) Then the switch version on cucm first publisher then suscriber ok
7) Then the switch version on cup first publisher then suscriber, the version was switched sucess but i can´t login on web admin, all the services are running, and the database replicaition ok.
I have to made a roll back because the users cant logn to presence, and i cant see though web admin page the status of the servers.

Hi,
Did you try a reset of the password through CLI? This issue can be troubleshooted while the issue is occuring and does not look to be database related based on the error, so you may try to switch to the 11.x version again and use the CLI to change the GUI password and login again.
