Hello;
I have one of my Ip phone (cisco ip 7942) which is sitting on cisco screen ( copyright 2002 - 2007) and can't not finish this process. I need to know how i should fix this and what is the root cause of this. Other Ip phones are working perfectly without any issue. The call manager ( C3900 software (c3900 - universal k9-M) version 15.1 (4)M2,release software (fc1). Thanks for your support.

Have you tried a factory reset of the phone ?

Hello Ross,
Yes of course i have tried several time to reset the Ip phone but still having the same issue. Other steps to proceed?

If you're going to need root cause take a packet capture to see what the phone is or isn't sending and what it is or isn't receiving.
