Hi,
I have cisco 7945 IP Phone. when I am connecting to any CME it is shows Upgrading. I did reset so many times, but no luck,it still shows "Upgrading" on phone display. Please advice.

you need firmware files uploaded to cme. so phone will download these files

Firmware files are uploaded and on the same CME another 7945 phones are registered.

did this phone get ip address with option 150 ?

No,phone did not get any IP. and I have check debugs logs I don't see any logs for this phone.
