Does anyone have any idea about how/what the headset button does for this model phone? Purchased a Plantronics and does not work with any headset feature, but does if taking the place oft he handset. Any info is greatly appreciated!!

Please post the Plantronics headset model in use. this will help us determine if it is compatible with the 7960 phone model.
