Hi,
We just recently purchased two BE6K server and it was already delivered here and ready for deployment. We have successfully installed the UCCX (HA) and the CUCM as well. We have also successfully integrated the UCCX with the CUCM. Both versions are running the latest version which is version 11.0. However, we cannot add Call Control Group on this UCCX. We have previously done this same setup before on version 10.6 and it is working but for this version 11 we keep encountering the same error. We already restarted the VMs several times. Below is the error.Hope you can assist us.

I believe you are most probably hitting the below defect:
https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCup71611/?reffering_site=dumpcr
Even though the known fixed releases show 10.6(1) but on checking internally, I can see that the issue is being experienced on v11 as well. You can either try to rebuild UCCX again or contact TAC to perform the workaround. In order to check if you are indeed hitting the defect, you can also collect Cisco Unified CCX Administration (MADM) logs from RTMT after recreating the issue. Logs will show something like below:
36864: Jan 20 08:57:12.114 BRST %MADM-CFG_MGR-7-EXCEPTION:Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Unique constraint (informix.pk_crsgroup) violated.
36876: Jan 20 08:57:12.114 BRST %MADM-CFG_MGR-7-EXCEPTION:Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ISAM error: duplicate value for a record with unique key.
36880: Jan 20 08:57:12.114 BRST %MADM-CFG_MGR-7-UNK:configStubImpl-create():: Exception=com.cisco.config.ConfigException: DB_ACCESS_ERROR:create; nested exception is:
