Is there a report in CUCM that we can verify/check the average calls per voice gateway?

Hi Guys,

We would like to know if there is a report in CUCM or if there is a way in CUCM/Voice Gateway that we can check if how many average calls per month or per day?

You can get these from CUCM CDR reports , refer below link for explanation and configuration.

But i think CUCM CDR will just give you all detailed calls per month or per specific duration of days, right? Is there other report that can show you, example within a day it will give you the total calls every hour.

Sample

Today:

8:00-9:00AM -  10 calls

9:00-10:00AM - 6 calls

i think you can get such hourly call detail from the Variphy call reporting tool. have a look on the below link.
