i configured cisco ip phone 7960 in cme but the status of ip phone is unprovisioned in this case what should be the possible configuaration

Do you have any other 7960 phone operational on your enviroment? Please first of all check that the phone has the appropriate network settings and then
debug voice register event
debug voice register error
debug tftp events
debug ccsip messages

Please post your CME router config along with the MAC address of the 7960 device. If the 7960 using SCCP or SIP firmware?
