According to
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6788/phones/ps379/ps8536/product_data_sheet0900aecd8069bd41.html it is supported on 6.0.1, so you may just need a devicepack.

Hi Mohamed,
Java is most correct here (+5 Java-Man! )
If you install cmterm-devicepack6.0.1.3129-1.cop.sgn you will add the
ability to configure/add the 7962 IP phone.
Cisco Unified CallManager Device Package 6.0.1 (3129-1)
http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074299/31138/cmterm-devicepack-6_0_1_3129-1_readme.html
Cheers!
Rob

Hi Mohamed,
Did you run the file through an MD5 checker after downloading to ensure
it matches this MD5 hash
95:5f:2f:92:57:1e:8a:9e:8b:b2:9d:fc:50:6f:61:6b
I would try downloading it again and checking the hash before proceeding
Cheers!

Hi Mohamed,
Just curious, are using a DVD or SFTP? Usually the directory
location is a forward slash "/" not a backward slash "\" as shown
in the screenshot you linked earlier.
Cheers!
