Cisco IP Phone 7975 DND Issue

Hello,

Last week our DND function on our IP Phones stopped working. For some reason the softkey doesn't work. When I press it, nothing happens. There are 2 phones stuck in dnd mode and I can't seem to get them off dnd.

Anyone got an idea how to fix this? I've been looking all over cisco.com and the Internet, but I can't find anything about solving this issue.

I've been looking around on the forum and I came across a topic saying the DND softkey stops working after CME 4.1 ,in cewilliams's topic. He did post a solution, but I haven't tried it yet. I wanna be certain I won't mess up my current config.

The following command; show ephone ,shows a whole list of ephones. I started comparing all of them and found this:

What does "huntGroupLogout" & "DnD huntGroupLougout" really mean?

Also the show telephony-service displays:

"hunt-group logout DND"

cewilliams's topic says to add

"hunt-group logout Hlog"
