We have several 7961 phones which worked for a period of time but now are stuck with the speaker light lit. We tried several hard resets but nothing seems to clear the problem.
Two 7961G phones on the same switch keep registering repeatedly on their own. I didn't find any strange settings with the switch but then again I am fairly new to Cisco.Any help is appreciated!Thanks,Andy
