Cisco 3925 - Cisco Unified Comminications Manager Express
Software Version 15.4(3)M3 / CME 10.5
We have some new phones CP 8845 - loaded phone firmware sip8845_65.10-3-2-16.loads
Able to make calls, Receive Calls, Video , Voicemail, etc
When tryng to see Local Directory, contacts is blank.
When trying to see call history, history is blank.
We have 7841/8961 phones and call history shows. Does not work on 8845
I'm i missing something else?
Any comment would be helpful. Thanks

Please check IP phones are in proper vlan ,with tftp server as CME

Try to upgrade/degrade firmware on one 8845 phone and check.
I've seen such issues which were related to fw.

I have same issue too,
About CP7841, now have recents tab when loaded firmware sip78xx.10-3-1-12 ,
I upgraded the CP8845 firmware to sip8845_65.11-0-1-11, but no call history shows,no missing call.
Any comments about the firmware to upgrade?
