Cisco IP Phone 8845, No Published Service

Hi

we have a published service set as directory that display OK on 8945 but not on 8845

the cucm is 10.5.2

8845 is on the latest FW and use the latest local

Any idea?

in IP Phone Service, i ve a Phone Directory with a service url pointing to http://ciscophonedirectory.com/CiscoCorporateDirectory/CiscoDir4AD_Global-Start.asp

service category is web link

service type is directories

enabled

enterprise subscription set to true

i can see it on my 8945 by pressing the directory button but i cant see it on 8845 by pressing the directory button

i would like to see it on 8845 by pressing the directory button

my colleague found the issue.

he changed service category from web link to xml
